  4. We are able to arrange transfer of the deceased from any hospital or mortuary abroad, arrange all relevant permits and documents, supply a coffin or casket suitable for transportation by air, and arrange the transfer of the deceased to the airport

  5. We are able to arrange for the translation of the death certificate and all other relevant documentation into any language for the purposes of repatriation

  6. We are able to arrange scheduled and charter flights for the transportation of the deceased to and from the United Kingdom

  7. We are able to offer concierge services for the family of the deceased, including flight and hotel reservations, and airport transfers.

A family friend's father passed away. They asked me to help them make funeral arrangements, due to the language barrier. We went to Co-op Funeral Care at first, but they wouldn't help us.

I went online and found Paul Williams Funeral Directors based in Manchester. We live on the Wirral. I had to admit, that the whole situation with Repatriation and Visas was away over me. I phoned Paul, explained the situation. He came over to the Wirral to see us personally. He explained everything to assure us that everything will be done regarding the Repatriation and the permits. Any questions we had, he answered and he guaranteed it will be done.

A very difficult process with the Vietnamese Embassy with all the paperwork and all the emailing, corresponding and getting all of the original documents. Paul even arranged a local Magistrate to help us, in our case. And that was on a Saturday. Paul travelled to the Vietnamese Embassy in London, and got all the revelent permits and visa.

Now, my friend's family are in Vietnam, and Mr S can be laid to rest.
